Articles are published free of charge for authors. There is no payment for processing articles.
All articles published in the collection are open for access and are available free of charge on the Internet immediately after publication.
Applicants for the third level of higher education of the budgetary form of training are exempt from any payment (contributions) for processing, reviewing and/or publication of submitted articles, performed by them alone (without co-authors).
